How do I clean the pre-washer?

Up to 40 degrees in the washing machine or by hand. Do not use fabric softener.

What do you put in the water to clean the windows?

Dishwashing liquid is all you need, it’s best applied directly onto the pre-washer.

Can I use glass cleaner?

Yes you can, but professionals never do. Dishwashing liquid is all you need.

How do I use the pressure plates?

The pressure plates are designed to increase pressure on the left or right hand side when cleaning edges. They are also useful for cleaning high windows as they provide more stability on the blade.

Why does the small Aqua Blade (22cm) not have pressure plates?

The design of the 22cm Aqua Blade is slightly different due to its smaller size. The Aqua Blade is thicker on the left and right hand side and therefore does not require additional pressure plates.

How long does the blade last?

The product has a reversible blade. On average a two story house with regular use each side has an estimated life span of 3-5 years. Replacement blades are available.

How long does the pre washer last?

4-5 years of regular use.

Is the product still made in Germany?

Yes, it is still produced by the company Goettler GmbH in Bavaria, Germany.

    I am thrilled with the window cleaning set I purchased recently. It took me a few goes to get the hang of it but I was able to get streak free windows quickly. My only issue is that some of my windows are very small and the cleaning blades are too large. I have a federation house and the windows frames vary . I would like to see a very small attachment for these . Otherwise for my large windows the result is amazing

    I am so happy with this set. I have a handheld rechargeable window cleaning vacuum from a very reputable brand . . And I hate it. Drives me insane because it leaves streaks everywhere!! This baby DOESN'T. I got it out the box and did my whole house . . And it's a big house . . Inside and out It's fabulous. I even did my snake enclosure and showers. Now I can't stop looking at how clean everything is. My glass has never looked so perfect I cannot recommend enough. I'm so glad I bought this set and you should too!! I have also had the rake broom and corner brush for years. Fabulous products that still look perfect today! These products really work.

  • AMAZING AQUA BLADE SET!!! WORTH EVERY CENT!!

    These products do exactly as said in the Youtube Clip! I cleaned 2 bathrooms with a lot glass and mirrors, never got wet, even when doing the showers, I cleaned the showers in my moccasins just to prove a point to myself, not one drop of water on them. They cleaned the windows perfectly! Highly recommend these products. I've used the rake broom (couldn't do without it!!) and the cobweb broom outside. Brilliant products.

    I purchased a Aqua Blade recently, and arrived yesterday. I have used it today and I thought you would like to know, that it is absolutely brilliant, it has cut down cleaning by at least halve, as we have a lot of glass area, it is a never ending job, the beauty of is no streaks, no hard rubbing or scrubbing perfect.
