How do I clean the pre-washer?

Up to 40 degrees in the washing machine or by hand. Do not use fabric softener.

How do I use the pressure plates?

The pressure plates are designed to increase pressure on the left or right hand side when cleaning edges. They are also useful for cleaning high windows as they provide more stability on the blade.

Why does the small squeegee (22cm) not have pressure plates?

The design of the 22cm blade is slightly different due to its smaller size. The blade is thicker on the left and right hand side and therefore does not require additional pressure plates.

How long does the squeegee last?

The product has a reversible squeegee. On average a two story house with regular use each side has an estimated life span of 3-5 years. Replacement blades are available.

How long does the pre washer last?

4-5 years of regular use.
